These currently include Clerk for authentication, Neon for database hosting, Razorpay for payments, Shiprocket and selected couriers for fulfillment, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare R2 for product images, Upstash Redis for caching, and Vercel for website hosting.

These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect customers and the business.

The website uses essential cookies and browser storage for secure sign-in, sessions, cart behavior, and core site functionality. Disabling these technologies may prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working correctly.

We retain account, order, payment-reference, shipping, and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet legal, tax, dispute-resolution, and security obligations.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some order or transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.
