These terms govern your use of the SLN Homemade Delights website and purchases from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

SLN Homemade Delights operates from Statue Road, Vinayaka Nagar, Anekal, Bangalore, Karnataka 562106. FSSAI License No. 21225007002681.

You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information and keep your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract. A parent or guardian should place orders on behalf of a minor.

We aim to describe products, ingredients, pack sizes, and images accurately. Handmade foods can have reasonable differences in colour, texture, and appearance between batches.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and deciding whether a product is suitable for their dietary needs or allergies. Contact us before ordering if you need additional ingredient or allergen information.

Current product prices are displayed in Indian rupees on the Products and product-detail pages. The checkout page displays the product subtotal, shipping charge, and final payable total before payment.

Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after payment verification and remains subject to stock and delivery serviceability.

We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, pricing error, an unserviceable address, or legal or operational reasons. Any captured payment for an order cancelled by us will be handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Shipping estimates are subject to courier operations and the conditions explained in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk in the products pass to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or use it for fraudulent activity.

The website content, branding, photographs, and design belong to SLN Homemade Delights or their respective licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Anekal, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version published here applies from its stated effective date.
